1.If I order today, when will I get my shirt?
Custom made shirts are delivered within 12-16 business days after order placement while our collection shirts are delivered within 6-9 business days depending on order confirmations and our manufacturing load.
We also accept urgent delivery requests. (Additional shipping charges apply)
2.Why does Brisk require more days for delivery?
Brisk has a very lean manufacturing and inventory management system which enables us to reduce wastage, piling up stock and helping the environment.
We believe in providing unmatched fit with an array of size & fits combined with unlimited style options to our customers which requires a lot of attention to detail and time. We try our best to deliver high quality products in minimum possible time.
3.What happens if I never get my order?
You can always contact Brisk at email@example.com, and our team will ensure the delivery of products.
4.Can I get a refund if I don’t like my order?
You can definitely claim a full refund. On the other hand, ship your parcel back with a specified list of issues that are being incurred. We will alter/remake/remodel your shirt and send it back.
5.It is safe to let your representative into my house for a custom sizing visit ? (Only in Lahore)
All members of our team are verified individuals, who will not bear any harm to our customers. Any uncomforting behaviour or act will be compensated for with urgent action.
6.If there a physical store I can visit?
We are entirely based online and operate through a single website. There are no other authorised distributors or re-sellers.
7.I bought your product through a Facebook page other than that of your own. It is authentic?
We currently operate solely through this website and our Facebook, Instagram page.Any other channels of purchase are fraudulent and unauthorised.
8.When will these products be on sale?

9.Why am I suddenly getting emails from Brisk? I don’t want them!

10.The color I ordered if different from the one I received. Do I have the wrong shirt?
The tone and saturation of colors can vary according to the quality of the screen you’re viewing it on. Please keep a margin for slight variations.
11.I’m shipping my shirt back. Who is going to pay for the courier?
As per our terms of service, the customer will be liable to bear the expense of return shipping.
12.I’m paying online. Is it safe to enter my details?
We try our best to align payment through the safest portals.
